Order & Delivery

  1. How does it work?
    You simply pick the item(s) you like on their respective product pages and checkout! Leave the rest to us.

  2. I'm buying a gift for a friend and just can't decide what to order. Can you recommend products to me?
    Most definitely! We are here to help ensure your giftee receives 100% satisfaction with their gift. Contact us at [email protected] if you'd like us to help recommend products for you.

  3. How long will delivery take?

    As we are currently a small team, we perform shipping in batches every Sunday! Illustration here:shipping.png

    This means for Ready stock items, if you place your order any time during the week starting Saturday up till Friday, we will pack and ship your parcel out by Sunday. You can then expect the parcel to be delivered within 1-4 days from the date it is shipped for orders within Peninsular Malaysia. East Malaysia orders will take up to 3 weeks to arrive from date it is shipped as it will be sent using sea parcel.

    However, do let us know if you need the item urgently or want it delivered on a particular date (advance order), and we will try our best to accommodate your request and make sure your recipient receives it on the desired date!

    For Pre-order items, you can expect to receive your order according to the same schedule from when the item arrives with us. You can check the estimated arrival date for pre-order items within the respective product page. Please be mindful of the date so as to avoid disappointment as there may be a longer lead time for delivery. Do note that there may be unexpected delivery delays that would impact the estimated arrival date, which will be updated in the respective product pages.

    Please note that if you order a preorder item along with ready stock items, it will only be shipped out together after the pre-order item arrives. Kindly only join the pre-order if you're comfortable with the wait.

  4. How do you charge for delivery?
    Delivery charges will be calculated at point of checkout. We offer free delivery in Peninsular Malaysia for orders above RM150.

  5. Can you include a gift message?
    You will be able to personalize your own gift message at checkout, just put your message in the Remarks field. All our gift cards are designed in-house and will be handwritten for an extra personal touch.

  6. How do you ensure my box arrives in good condition?
    We will pack all your items with care and include packing paper to ensure your order is well protected.

  7. Oops! The item I received is faulty/ incorrect!
    Oh no! We are so sorry for this blunder! If we have sent you a faulty item, we will replace the item for you immediately. Email us a photo of your item (with the faulty part) together with a short description and your order number to [email protected] and we will exchange your item.

    If we have sent you an incorrect item, we will arrange to collect the item from you and exchange it for the correct item. However, the item must be unopened in its original packaging at time of collection. If the item has been opened, we will not be able to refund/ replace the item for you.

    Please note that our rattan products are designed and handcrafted with love. Due to the natural materials and hours of craftsmanship, these timeless products sometimes have slight imperfections and can vary in colour consistency due to the natural rattan. This will not be considered as a defect. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or doubt, we will be happy to assist!

  8. The product I would like to purchase is out-of-stock!
    We're so sorry if a product you like is out-of-stock! We try our best to restock goods asap for our customers. If you'd like to pre-order an out-of-stock item or would like to check when the product will be available again, please email us at [email protected] to let us know. We will notify you when the stock is about to arrive!

  9. I would like my items to be packaged separately
    By default, we will pack all items in an order into one giftbox. If you require additional giftboxes, kindly email us at [email protected]. However, please note that additional charges may apply

Payment

How do I make payment?
Checkout your cart for payment. We accept Bank Transfers via FPX for payments.

Product

How can I clean the products?
We curate and create using the best materials for our products to ensure the durability and quality. 

WOOD
Wood toys can be wiped with a dry cloth for daily maintenance and cleaning. You can also use a slightly damp cloth or sponge to remove dirt or dust and then air dry. If color transfer happens with your slightly damp cloth, don't be alarmed. It's a natural by-product of the wood and should lessen with time.

BAPRON

Quick Cleaning: rinse entire bib/apron under cool water with or without soap. Gently shake off water and allow to air dry fully. It will be ready to use again in 30 minutes! 

Deep Cleaning: The products are machine washable and may be tumbled dry on low to medium heat.

FELT 
You are advised to use a wet cloth to remove stains. If the item needs to be thoroughly cleaned, hand wash it in luke warm water with a plain soap (no perfumes or dyes), then wring it out gently and leave to dry. 

RATTAN
You can use a microfibre duster or toothbrush to clear away the dust.
