Atlas Finders (M) Sdn Bhd (“Atlas Finders”) provides the content and services available on the our atlasfinders.easy.co website (“Site”) to you subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 11/09/2021. Atlas Finders reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to the Site, so that you may understand our privacy practices. If at any time you do not agree with any element of this legally binding disclaimer, please stop using this website.

Accuracy of Information and Products

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Additional, information provided on this site is for educational and informational purposes only. Even if the information published here is meant to be accurate, it is not intended to substitute professional medical advice. Please consult your physician or local medical facility for information specific to your individual needs. Atlas Finders or any contributors do not take responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any information, recommendations or action by any person using the present site. The information contained here is offered without any warranty and it is not liable for its accuracy, mistakes, or for any damage caused by user's reliance on information obtained from the site. 

Product Care

We curate or create our products using the best materials to ensure the durability and quality. For felt products, you are advised to use a wet cloth to remove stains. If the item needs to be thoroughly cleaned, hand wash it in luke warm water with a plain soap (no perfumes or dyes), then wring it out gently and leave to dry. For rattan products, use a microfibre duster or toothbrush to clear away the dust. Wood toys can be wiped with a dry cloth for daily maintenance and cleaning. You can also use a slightly damp cloth or sponge to remove dirt or dust and then air dry. If color transfer happens with your slightly damp cloth, don't be alarmed. It's a natural by-product of the wood and should lessen with time. For Bapron products, for quick cleaning: rinse entire bib/apron under cool water with or without soap. Gently shake off water and allow to air dry fully. It will be ready to use again in 30 minutes! For Deep Cleaning, the products are machine washable and may be tumbled dry on low to medium heat. 

Additional Payments after Checkout

Certain instances or requests may require additional payments after checkout from customers:

• Requests for orders to be packed in separate boxes. You will be required to make additional delivery payments via a payment link that we will email to you after checkout. We will begin processing orders upon verification of the additional payments. For illustration purposes, assuming your total order comes up to RM200 - If you have requested to separate your order into 2 boxes, you will be charged for delivery of the second box.

We will only begin processing orders upon verification of the additional payments. Failure to make payment within 7 days of receiving invoice will result in cancellation of order and a full refund of total amount paid at checkout minus any processing fees. We will contact you via email and phone prior to taking this action. 

Delivery

We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address, which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items, which have not been received. If you require us to send out your item to a different address after it has been returned then there may be a charge for posting it out again. You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to the recipient. 

Atlas Finders is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order. All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia). Once the Dispatch Confirmation is sent to you via email or SMS, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied, or past 2 calendar days once the parcel is confirmed as delivered under the tracking status. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any). You will be able to track your items using the tracking number we provide you, do note that there may be a one day delay in delivery statuses. Atlas Finders does not take responsibility for any delay in the delivery process. 

In the event that we receive bounced parcels, customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Atlas Finders will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.

Exchanges & Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply get in contact with us by emailing [email protected]. If it is a fault at our end, you can contact us for an exchange at any time within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange your item(s) as soon as possible. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. Your rights to exchange the goods will not apply for any products where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.

If you exchange an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily exchange the item for you immediately. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 10 working days of delivery. Also note that the colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if the colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk. Do note that our rattan products are designed and handcrafted with love. Due to the natural materials and hours of craftsmanship, these timeless products sometimes have slight imperfections and can vary in colour consistency due to the natural rattan. This will not be considered as a defect.

Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, get in contact with us by emailing [email protected]. You have to return the product within 30 calendar days from when the product is delivered to you. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund, which may take 5-10 working days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method that you used during your purchase. 

Intellectual Property

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Neither the Content or Trademarks nor any portion of the Site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.

External links may be provided for your convenience, but they are beyond the control of the website owner and no representation is made as to their content. Use or reliance on any external links and the content thereon provided is at your own risk.

Warranties

The website owner makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website.

Illegal access

Any attacks and attempts to gain unauthorised access to databases and/or server of which Atlas Finders website is stored and will be reported to the relevant law enforcement bodies. For such individuals, usage of Atlas Finders website and all its features will cease immediately.
